Our role

PortaPottyRental.net is a referral service. We connect callers with independent, licensed porta potty rental providers in their area. We are not the provider, we don't operate the equipment, and we don't handle the rental transaction.

Pricing and quotes

All prices on this site are typical ranges. Actual quotes come from the local provider after they assess your job. The provider's quote is the binding price, not anything on this site.

Service delivery

Delivery, service quality, equipment condition, and dispute resolution are between you and the local provider. We make a good-faith effort to vet our partners but we don't guarantee specific outcomes.

Call recording

Calls to (855) 916-8844 may be recorded for quality assurance and training. By placing the call, you consent to recording.

Liability

PortaPottyRental.net is not liable for issues arising from the rental itself. Disputes about service, billing, or equipment must be resolved with the local provider.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
